Talking Counselling is a private counselling-psychotherapy service rooted discreetly in the financial district of the City, on the fringe of Shoreditch and a one minute walk from Liverpool Street station.
We work online video via Skype or Zoom with individuals and couples to promote positive mental health, providing a safe environment for you to look after your emotional health. Talking Counselling also works in partnership with companies to promote easy access to talking therapy to support the hard-working businesses and residents in London and beyond

How we work:
Our team are registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. Brings openness and commitment to the practice, working with all different type of therapy like Trauma Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Psycho-dynamics, Person-Centred Therapy, and with the new wave of psychological intervention Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Anh is the Head of Counselling-Psychotherapy she oversees and supervises a team to support you with a broad range of emotional issues from anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationships issues to work-related difficulties, helping you to explore your feelings at a pace that works for you. The team will be by your side, ensuring you have a safe space to talk and share your inner thoughts and fears.
Head of Counselling:
Anh has extensive experience providing short-term therapy (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy or CBT) both privately and in a GP practice supporting a female therapy workshop, and achieving good outcomes. With Mind (the mental health charity) she has worked with individuals and couples and has run group workshops for stress management in the workplace. She finds using Hypnotherapy-Stress Reduction and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) can help to build mental resilience. She works hard to promote Men’s mental health breaking down stigma about mental health itself.
Anh and her team of counsellors work with both feet on the ground, positive regards placing the client’s mental well-being at the forefront in the counselling room.

The team consist of trainee counsellors who are completing the Undergraduate Degree, Master Degree and their PhD. The team of counsellors has the readiness and they are supervised with the backing of their university and counselling school. They are a clever and a super team to work with.
