Hypnotherapy-CBT is a solution-focused, targeting the problem by integrating Hypnotherapy and CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) which have high success rates as a solution-focused approach, the therapy is short term and with evidence-based results are outstanding.

Hypnotherapy is a form of focused attention similar to daydreaming by using your imagination while in deep relaxation and a safe supportive environment, Hypnosis has a profound effect on the body and the mind mastering overcome unproductive thoughts, feelings and behaviour, by replacing them with positive or more manageable thoughts, feeling and in a specific situation.

Under hypnosis or deep relaxation state, you have to be in control to be in the ‘here and now’ in fact, you have to be engaged and working throughout your sessions you are required to interact giving feedback or following instructions or suggestions, you will need to be in working alliance with me in the room. After each session, clients have reported the feeling calmness deeply relaxed in their body and mind.

We will work together in the therapy room as well outside of the therapy room it is important, with your commitment, we will work together to set homework, e.g. 10 -15 minutes of relaxation work or I will ask you to make a note of what is happening during your week. Your drive and hard work will give you the results you want.

A comprehensive assessment is booked for an initial appointment, each treatment session 1.5 hr
