Counselling Supervisor - Partnership Positions

Talking Counselling is a richly diverse team, reflecting our clients and our clinical work.

This role is part-time, online and has flexible working hours. Our supervisors work with and support a small group of two junior counsellors bi-weekly for 1-hour.

We are looking for supervisors who work from an integrative modal or from a purist stance of TA, Gestalt, Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Pluralistic...

You should be keen to work with our super team of juniors at all levels in their training, to provide and co-create a developmental, resourcing and qualitative professional workspace.

You must be able to work according to Talking Counselling procedures, to consistently liaise with the Head of Counselling, and to take accountability for your own clinical work.

Our qualified partner supervisors must be members of the BACP, UKCP, COSRT or equivalent.

Previous experience in one-to-one or group supervision is preferred.
