Counselling Supervisor Job Role - Partnership Positions

Talking Counselling is a richly diverse team, it’s reflecting on our clients and our clinical work.  This is job role is part-time with flexible working hours, supervisors are to work and support a small group of two junior counsellors bi-weekly for 1-hour per session.

We like the supervisor partners to have had experience with one-to-one or with group supervision.  We are looking for supervisors to work online, who works from an integrative modal or from a purist stance of TA, Gestalt, Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Pluralistic... Our supervisors must be keen to work with our super team of juniors at all levels in their training, to provide and co-create a developmental, resourcing, and qualitative professional workspace.

Our qualified partner supervisors need to be a member of the BACP, UKCP, COSRT or others. To be able to work with Talking Counselling procedures to liaise with the Head of Counselling with concerns and to hold accountability for their clinical work.
