Counselling-Psychotherapy Fee & Session:
- £70 per session (Low-cost therapy sessions are available – please do ask)
- Sessions are 50 minutes long. We will meet at the same time every week.

How many sessions/appointments will I need?
- Short term solution-focused therapy, such as cognitive behavioural therapy, can be very effective in 10-15 sessions
- We also offer open-ended therapy – clients are welcome to end whenever they feel ready to continue on their own.
