At the start of your journey, the assessment is a crucial step in understanding your needs. We aim to be thorough, gathering as much information as possible to tailor support to you. Here's what to expect:

Current Challenges: We'll discuss the difficulties you're facing and how they impact your day-to-day life.
Relationships: Understanding your relationships with family, friends, and partners helps us gain a fuller picture.
Family History: We may explore family dynamics and any relevant history that could affect your well-being.
Work and Lifestyle: Your professional life and lifestyle will be considered, as they can play a role in stress or mental health challenges.
Medication and Health: We'll review any medications you're currently taking, along with your physical and mental health history.
Mental Health Diagnoses: If you have any past or current mental health diagnoses, we’ll take them into account to offer the most appropriate care.
Risk and Safeguarding: This helps our team provide the right support and match you with the best counsellor, especially for managing self-harm or suicidal thoughts.

Terms & Conditions

Assessment appointment is one-hour.  We will gather more further information to enable our team to match you to our counselling team to work with.

  • Payment is to be pay in advance of the appointment via bank transfer.

  • Cancellation Notice is 24hrs thereafter it's charged at the full fee, please note is no refund this includes missed your assessment appointment.

Counselling session are 50 minutes it is online and it is weekly.  We will send you a video link before your session.

  • Payments are to be paid a month in advance of sessions via bank transfer.

  • Cancellation Notice is 24 hrs thereafter it's charged at the full fee (per session), this includes not showing up for your session.

  • Long-term therapy you are able to work up to 6 months to a year and can end at anytime.

  • We have the right to end your therapy at any point.
