Do you have something troubling on your mind? Are you struggling to cope at work, do you want to build on your confidence? Working on your personal confidence often improves your performance at work. This can inspire you to move to another company, apply for that job you really wanted, to enrol on the course you need to improve your job prospects, to ask for that promotion or simply to feel happier within your job.
Is your relationship or are your family problems getting worse? Whatever troubling issue you have and whoever it is with, counselling can help you to untangle the dynamics you have both with others and with yourself. It can give you the freedom to see yourself in a different light and explore your thoughts and feelings towards your relationship with others. This can then give you a different viewpoint on those relationships and how to manage them. Have you lost a loved one or a colleague recently or even many years ago and feel that you have not moved on? Do you miss them so much that the sadness feels deeply painful and you feel so alone with these feelings?
