Solution-focused Hypnotherapy targeting the problem by integrating Hypnotherapy and CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) which have high success rates as a solution-focused approach, the therapy is short term and the results are outstanding.

Hypnotherapy is a form of focused attention similar to day dreaming by using your imagination while in deep relaxation and a safe supportive enviroment, Hypnosis has a profound effect on the body and the mind mastering  overcome unproductive thoughts and feelings, by replacing them with positive or more manageable thoughts, feeling and in a specific situation .

Under hypnosis you have to be in control to be in the ‘here and now’ in fact you have to be working hard throughout your sessions you are required to interact with me by giving feedback or following instructions or suggestions, you will need to be in working alliance with me in the room.   After each sessions, clients have reported the feeling calmness deeply relaxed in their body and mind, than they have ever felt before.

We will work together in the therapy room as well outside of the therapy room it is important, with your commitment, we will work together to set homework, e.g. 10 -15 minutes of relaxation work or I will ask you to make a note of what is happening during your week. Your drive and hard work will give you the results you want.

Fee £150 per session.  You may need 3-4 sessions pending how you’ll get on.
