Talking Counselling provides ongoing professional services, in the heart of the City of London. Offering flexible appointment times to accommodate evenings and a Saturday clinic, placing a private, confidential environment for you to share your worries and problems. You can expect support, kindness, a non-judgmental working relationship together we can explore and face your present challenges, working through issues from the past to the present. Addressing what your thoughts and behaviours have impacted your emotional well-being.
Anh has many years working within the mental health charity Mind her experience with working with a women to women counselling project in the NHS medical practice in East London has added depth to her experience of working with women’s issues.
Counselling-Psychotherapy Fee & session:
- £70 per session
- Sessions are 50 minutes long. We will meet at the same time every week.

- An open-ended therapy – Clients are welcome to end whenever they feel ready to continue on their own
- Short term Solution-focused therapy – 10-15 sessions
