Talking Counselling is a private counselling-psychotherapy service rooted discreetly in the financial district of the City, sitting on the fringe of Shoreditch East of London; a 1 minute walk from the commuter belt of Liverpool Street Station.  We providing a safe working environment for you to look after your emotional health.  Talking Counselling look after individuals and couples to promote positive mental health for a better lifestyle.  Talking Counselling works in partnership with companies to promote easy access to talking therapy to support the hard-working businesses and local residents in London.

How I work:

We have an approachable, modern, and relevant style of working that applies to everyday life struggles from the past or present, tailored to suit  individual clients’ needs, reflecting  the unique needs and requirements of each client. Our clients’ privacy, confidentiality and well-being  is paramount at Talking Counselling.   Anh is a registered member with the (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) She is experienced in working with a wide range of mental health issues.  Anh can support you with a broad range of emotional issues from trauma to relationship counselling, supporting your struggles however complex they may be.  She brings openness, commitment and years of experience, and integrates hypnosis psychotherapy with the new wave of ACT and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness.  Anh will, talking through and explore your vulnerable feelings, from the past to the present moment  for you to unpick at the pace that is safe.  Remember Anh will be by your side, ensuring you have a safe space to talk and share your inner pains and fears.  You don’t have to be alone.

My experience:

With extensive experience working in the NHS with short-term therapy (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy – CBT) often provided on the NHS and achieving good outcomes. She also worked within the mental health charity Mind, working with individual clients, couples therapy, and group running ground workshops for stress management in the workplace using Hypnotherapy-Stress reduction and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to build and improve  on resilience.  Anh aslo works with Woman to Woman Therapy – works hard to promote Men’s Mental toughness to soften down stigma. Her field of specific interest is trauma/Post Trauma Stress Disorder working to support clients where it matters.
